What is TNT Bootcamp Anyway?

TNT Bootcamp is a fitness program that includes top notch fitness instructions, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of your current fitness level. 

Can I Participate in TNT Bootcamp even if I'm not physically fit?

No camper will ever be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Whether you have five or fifty pounds to lose, or just those stubborn ten, you'll find that our bootcamp is just the program for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Fit Body Boot Camp and achieve incredible results.

Do I have to attend all of the days offered?

Although in a perfect world it would be great if you could come five days a week, a great goal would be to come at least three days a week.

What if I'm too busy or don't have time to come?

I've worked with hundreds of clients over the last several years and I've come to learn that "I don't have time" really means "I'm going to procrastinate a little longer." You CAN make time to change your body...if you really want to. 

Ok I'm convinced...what do I need to bring?

Nothing at all! As long as you are in proper workout clothes (shorts, sneakers, etc.) and you have your bottle of water..we take care of the rest!

What results can I expect from this program?

You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you'll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 clothes sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and "bloat" and increase confidence.

Can I pay per workout or just when I come?

No. The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently, right? We've found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your boot camp. The best motivator is knowing that you're going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout!

Will I be sore sometimes?

On average, most people will feel sore the first 2-3 days.  But do not worry, this is good!  Being sore let's you know that your fitness is improving!

How long till I see results?

Although "visual improvement" takes place within 2-4 weeks, performance improvement can happen within a week. You'll be amazed at what you can do!

Never!  Bootcamp is an on-going program that takes place year round.  Feel free to join us for as little as a month or stay with us for the long haul like 90% of our members do.

Robby is the owner and Founder of TNT Bootcamp. A personal trainer/business owner for over three years, Robby has had extensive experience working with clients of all ages and abilities, from athletes to busy CEOs to stay at home moms. 

Robby holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science as well as an MBA in Business Management.  He is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) as well as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.
